Delamere & Hopkins now carries Korkers Wading boots!

Posted On: March 19, 2015 BY Delamere

We were really excited to get our first Korkers shipment in today.  We now carry the Devils Canyon boots.  These come standard with the BOA lacing system as well as two interchangeable soles, a felt and a rubber, which allow you to adapt to any situation that you get in to.  You no longer have to make the tough decision of whether you want rubber or felt, especially with all of this talk of banning felt soles in some states.  It is almost like getting two boots for the price of one!

thanks for looking,

I have been wearing these boots for a few months now, and I absolutely love them. The BOA system is unbelievably convenient especially in cold temperatures.  Standard laces will freeze up easily and there is nothing worse than trying to untie tight knots with frozen fingers.  I know that a lot of people are weary of this BOA system breaking, but it is the same as regular laces, they will break over time. Luckily we also carry the replacement kits for the boots (only $9.99) which make fixing your laces extremely easy.
These are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. This model in particular is made for those guys who are sometimes hiking in long distances, where ankle support and weight are a factor. I have had other boots in the past that had great ankle support but were so heavy that you noticed it at the end of the day especially getting in and out of a canoe or hiking long distances to get to the river. If you are looking for a boot with great ankle support as well as an extremely lightweight design, look no further, this one is for you.
I encourage you to come into the shop and let us introduce you to these awesome boots. We will go over the whole system with you and it wont take long to love them.

Also, don’t forget about the Hybrid Party March 26th, 6-8pm for beer, snacks, and fish stories!

 Thanks for your time,
